See what I have to deal with trying to stay a Vegetarian and they are cooking this mine is on the left and there is on the right. What they are having is my Tuscan kale salad and crunchy vegetable salad “eating my salad” with BBQ boneless ribs and chicken dressing. You supposed to have more veggies a fist of protein and a fist of starch.
Changing are way
You know when you went to school for the first time. When you where little you didn’t have to worry about Identity or body image. It was fun just going to school not worrying about anything. Just being you not giving a care in the world. Depending on how your childhoods went. Your first occasion with someone teasing you could have been by simply telling you that you were fas, ugly, and you are weird as a person. Thats when you start worrying about your body image, and what you look like in others eyes. It continue on from there through elementary, middle, and Hugh school. Even as far as college, and through your hole life, and society. You can go through some things like Family Pressure, Attracting a Mate, Changing are Bodies, and becoming Healthy.
One reason we become obsessed with body image is that we want to attract a mate. You and me both know there is about more then 7 billion people in the world. We all have a natural instinct to be with a mate. With that comes completion. So we want to look good. Now how do I make myself noticeable to the one you like. What I have done in the pass is to make myself stand out the most that the one who I like to notice me. I would try anything to get that person to notice me. Making small talk finding thing that the person like then remember it, thing of that nature. Some will go as far to be come healthy. So this can be healthy.
A benefit of this effort to attract a mate is that we may become healthy. Eating right. Choosing better foods. Exercising everyday. Going to the gym. Getting checked by a Dr. Regularly staying fit in every way. Taking good care of your body. What I have been doing for a month now is by becoming a vegan. To not eat chicken, pork, beef and farmed fish because of how they are treated. So when you become healthy you are the one in control.
But there are bad reason to get into body image such as for pressure from others like family, friends, and school mates. They all wanting you to look like something else that you are not. Making you wear things you are uncomfortable with. Bullying,and mean comments. Comparing you to others, and that is only one you, so there is nothing to compare too. It can be a good thing or bad thing it can build up self confidence.
It can leaded to changing our bodies or unhealthy behaviors and attitudes. It can leaded to surgery or plastic surgery. Anorexia, Belinda, and extreme dieting. You can go even as far as having a gastric bypass even having depression. If you lose yourself trying to do this for someone else.
It is are job as a person to stand up for are self,and to teach our kid to appreciated their qualities not 1 out of more then 7 billion no one is the same as you. Point out what other good qualities people have. How you view yourself may be different from others. If you take away worries and only change when you want too. Want you know how you are and don’t change that.
There is nothing better them being yourself even though you can change. Make that change be something of yours that you decided to do. That’s the problem these day that everyone is not accepting of everyone else. They want you to be accepting of them but they don’t do it back. It all start at home. Wants we have a moral understand and not look a the pas but learn form it. It will be more grateful for are growing children and are future children.
